important notes

  • no email or phone required: register with just a username and password.
  • end-to-end encryption enabled by default: private rooms are encrypted automatically.
  • powered by synapse: our homeserver runs matrix synapse.
  • federation compatible: connect across the wider matrix network.
  • save your recovery key: store it securely offline.

ip forwarding: neutralized

we do not forward your source ip address to our matrix application layer. our nginx reverse proxy neutralizes the upstream x-forwarded-for header for matrix endpoints, so synapse does not receive your real ip through proxy forwarding.

we don’t ask you to trust marketing: we provide reproducible verification with a nonce-based challenge and an independent upstream echo service. read the proofs.

scope disclaimer: this is an application-layer guarantee; it does not claim global network anonymity. use tor/vpn if you need stronger network-layer privacy.

[ about us ]

as censorship tightens, pressure mounts, and entire voices are erased by opaque systems that prefer silence over truth; we exist to resist this drift.

we are a non-profit collective defending the right to privacy and free expression with open standards and open licenses. every line of code we write, every server we maintain, is a testament to the belief that communication should be free, private, and uncensorable.

in a world where communication is monitored, data is commodified, and privacy is treated as a luxury, we provide the infrastructure for genuine freedom. every message you send through our matrix server is a declaration: privacy is a right, not a privilege. your words, your thoughts, your connections—they belong to you and you alone.
